Sam has over 10 years of experience in real estate providing advisory, brokerage, and transactional services to his owner & developer clients. His core responsibilities include analytical evaluations, underwriting, and strategic positioning of multifamily assets for dispositions.

Prior to joining ACR Multifamily Sam interned at SkylesBayne, a local tenant representation firm, and worked at Newmark in tenant representation and capital markets.

Sam attended the University of Texas in Austin where he graduated with a major in Government with a minor in the McCombs Business Foundations program.
