David founded ACR in 2007 in Austin TX, with his partner Eric Freytag. David has brokered and played a meaningful role in over $500M in various real estate transactions throughout Central Texas. David is looked to as an industry leader within Austin and is very active in the local community. David’s primary focus in on the Austin Market and Student Housing Sector. David is responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategic vision for ACR, Fairway Properties, and Lincoln Ventures.
